There are many caravanning and camping options available in the area which including Caravan Parks, National Parks and  designated bush camping sites on private properties.

In Hawker there is one caravan park, with shady powered and unpowered sites, ensuites are also available for those seeking some 'luxury.'

A dump point for the caravanner or motor home traveler is now available, near Blue Burt Park on Elder Terrace ask at the information Centre .

Swap and go cylinder exchange or refills are available at HAWKER MOTORS.

National Parks and Station Stays.

Entry Permits or Camping  fees can be purchased from Hawker Visitor Information Centre, Wilpena Pound Visitor Information Centre or online.

A number of station properties  provide powered sites and have bush camping.
